Rapid Drying Technology

Air energy drying technology is one of the most advanced heat sources in the world. The inverse Carnot principle is applied to absorb heat from the air to provide heat source for the dryer. The air energy drying efficiency is very high. Its thermal efficiency is four times that of the traditional electric heat source and three times that of the traditional oil-fired and gas-fired boiler. This technology is especially suitable for use in areas with high annual average temperature, and can give full play to its advantages of high thermal efficiency ratio (COP).

Our company applies air energy and heat sources across fields. For different materials, by changing the feeding mode of the drying production line, the mechanical structure and drying parameters greatly improve the drying efficiency and drying speed

Main technical advantages:

  1. Distribution system:
    Different distribution methods are designed for different materials. It makes the cloth more reasonable and optimizes the physical stacking structure of materials in the dryer, so as to improve the drying efficiency.

  2. Dryer structure
    The structure of the dryer is optimized, mainly including the direction and arrangement of the hot air fan, the form of the cooling and dehumidification system, the layout of the dryer track, etc.

  3. Drying parameters

    Through the full-automatic electric control system, the whole drying system can fully automatically control the temperature, humidity and regional crawler transmission speed, so as to divide the dryer into multiple drying areas, and use different temperature and humidity parameters in different drying areas to improve the drying efficiency and drying speed of the dryer for different materials.
