The equipment is a semi-automatic macaroni production line. The production line includes powder mixing equipment, vacuum extruder and professional drying cabinet.

Manually feed the powder into premixer , put the mixed raw materials into the host, and manually transfer the semi-finished products produced by the host to the professional drying cabinet for drying. 

The finished products after drying are dry products. It can be sold after packaging or in bulk.

Special technology and equipment:

1. The production line can be equipped with the patented flour mixing equipment produced by our company. Through the special flour mixing function, a variety of flour raw materials (cassava flour, corn flour, sweet potato flour, coarse grain flour...) with high addition (≤ 35%) can be mixed with wheat flour to produce products.

2. The main part of the equipment is the combination of a variety of raw materials, and the mechanical properties and mechanical structure are transformed to meet the production requirements of the combination of a variety of raw materials.

3. The production line can be equipped with automatic stacker. The products produced by the host machine will automatically fall into the drying tray and automatically stack to the drying cart.

4. The drying cabinet of the equipment is a professional drying cabinet, which automatically controls the drying temperature and humidity, so that the finished products are not cracked and continuous, and have the better taste.
